Using Google Tools to Break Borders and Build Global Collaboration!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

It's time we stop letting the classroom walls dictate our borders!

Effective communicator, collaborator, critical thinker, enthusiastic learner--you may recognize some of these words from your school's mission/vision statement. But how do you teach these authentically?

Using Google Hangout, Google+ Communities, and Drive, I will show you how to connect and collaborate globally. Learn how to find other interested teachers through Communities and use Mystery Hangouts to connect with classes elsewhere in the world. You’ll even get some tips on dealing with problematic logistics, like time zones and languages. Let’s break some borders!
